You send us the list with each employee’s name and email. Each person receives an email with their access; they sign in with that email and a 6-digit code, with no password. Each account is personal.
No. Each access is personal: it is issued in the employee’s name and they sign in with their own email.
Yes. We issue a Costa Rican electronic invoice in your company’s name. If your company is in another country, mention it in your request and we will tell you which document we can issue.
No. Once the accesses are activated there are no refunds (see the course terms). Before paying, your team can take the first lesson of each course without paying. Course terms.
12 months for each employee, counted from the day we activate their access. It does not renew by itself.
5 employees. With fewer people, each one can buy the course online at the regular price.
The lessons are taught in Spanish. The Security+, Linux+ and CCNA practice exams are in English, like the real exams, with explanations in Spanish.
No. The certification is granted by its owner (CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft) when the person passes the official exam, which is paid separately. Our courses prepare your team to pass it.
