Who this is for — and who it is not for
It makes sense if:
- You compete in searches where established competitors already rank.
- You have several services or sectors and today everything lives on one page.
- You need to justify the investment with numbers to a board or a partner.
- You sell to businesses, and the decision-maker researches before calling.
- You serve customers in English and Spanish and need both done properly.
It does not make sense if:
-
You are a small business that just needs to be found locally — a
website from $499 plus SEO from $500 serves you
better, and we will say so even if it costs us the bigger project.
- You are still testing whether the product sells.
- You expect results in two weeks. This is months of sustained work.
Where every business fits
Not everyone needs the same thing, and charging everyone alike is the fastest way to run out
of clients. This is the full ladder, from the smallest business to the largest company:
- From $500 — Local SEO. You have a site but nobody finds it: audit, technical fixes, Google Business Profile.
- From $499 — business website. The local business that needs to exist on Google and get enquiries.
- $800 to $2,500 — online store. When there are products to sell and payments to take.
- From $5,000 — Corporate tier. The company competing in contested searches that needs to measure the return.
- From $10,000 — Authority tier. The one going after the whole category, in two languages, with the operation connected.
You can move up a step when the business calls for it. What we do not recommend is jumping
to the top without needing it: if your case is solved at $499, that is what we will quote.
What we do not promise
Not first position on Google, not a number of customers, not a guaranteed return. Google
decides rankings, and sales also depend on your product, your pricing and how you follow up.
What is committed in writing is the work: every deliverable, every date and every number we
will measure.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from your $499 website?
Scope and purpose. The $499 site exists so people find you and message you, and for most small businesses that is the right call — we will say so. The corporate line is built to compete for contested searches and to prove its own return: market research first, a page per search intent, content written to rank, tuned performance, click tracking and three months of follow-up with reports.
What does the $5,000 package include?
Market and competitor research, content architecture, custom design, performance-tuned development, complete technical SEO with structured data, copywriting for as many pages as the research calls for plus launch articles, an AI agent in the site chat, full measurement setup — Search Console, Bing, analytics and click events — and three months of follow-up with monthly reports. Exact scope, page count included, is written into the proposal before we start.
How many pages does it include?
As many as the market research says it takes to compete — that is the honest answer. Anyone selling you "10 pages" before looking at your sector is guessing: if your competitors cover thirty searches with thirty pages, ten will not beat them. That is why the research comes first and the number goes into the written proposal before you pay anything.
What is the difference between the $5,000 and $10,000 tiers?
The $5,000 tier covers your main market with three months of follow-up. The $10,000 tier covers the full search map the research produces, adds the site in two languages, a six-month editorial plan, the AI agent extended to WhatsApp and Instagram with lead qualification, integration with your CRM, and six months of follow-up with a monthly review call. Both tiers include the AI agent in the site chat.
Do you guarantee first position on Google?
No, and no honest agency can: Google decides rankings. What we commit to in writing is the work that makes a site competitive, delivered in full and documented, plus the measurement to know month by month whether it is working. Anyone who guarantees position one by contract is selling you something expensive and untrue.
Why does site speed matter so much?
Google measures it — those are the Core Web Vitals — and people leave a slow site before they see anything. This very site averages about 36 kB per page and responds in under 100 milliseconds across its 120 published pages. Most corporate sites in the country run into hundreds of kilobytes and several seconds. That gap is how it is built, not what it is hosted on.
We already have a website. Can you take it over?
Usually yes, and it is the common case. We audit what exists, keep what already ranks, and migrate with proper redirects so the authority you earned is not thrown away. A badly migrated redesign is the fastest way to lose years of SEO.
Can we pay in stages?
Yes. The project is paid in stages against defined deliverables, and you can start with one phase — the research and architecture, for instance — and decide afterwards whether to continue.
