Flamingo is one of the most international pockets of the North Pacific: the marina, oceanfront condos and homes, sport fishing charters, tours, hotels, and the whole service economy around them — with Brasilito and Potrero next door.

Almost all of that demand is decided before arrival, in English, comparing photos, reviews and dollar prices. And the sizeable community of foreign residents searches in English too, often ending up asking in a Facebook group because Google turned up nothing useful.

Yes, and here it is essential. Each language lives in its own section with the tags that tell Google which version to serve, and we research how people actually search in that language rather than translating word for word.

I sell property and already list on the portals. Why my own site?

Do you need to come out here?
