What the work actually involves
1. Technical SEO
The foundation, and where most sites fail: load speed and Core Web Vitals, heading
structure, unique metadata per page, clean URLs, correct canonicals, Schema.org structured
data, XML sitemap, robots.txt and redirects that do not lose the authority a domain already
earned.
2. Content that matches how people search
Your customers do not use your industry's vocabulary. A hotel writes "boutique
accommodation"; the traveler types "places to stay near Manuel Antonio park". We research
the real phrasing — in English and Spanish — and build a page for each intent instead of one
page trying to cover everything.
3. Local presence
Google Business Profile with the right categories, services, hours and photos; consistent
name, phone and address everywhere; and a steady flow of real reviews. For anything with a
physical location, this moves faster than anything else.
What we do not do
No purchased links, no private blog networks, no hidden text, no fake reviews, no structured
data describing things that do not exist. All of it works for a while and then sinks the
domain. If that is what you are shopping for, we are not your provider.
Ranking in AI answers, not just blue links
A growing share of people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI summary instead of clicking
through. You cannot buy your way into those answers, but you can make your business the
source they trust: direct, verifiable answers with real numbers; correct structured data;
the same business facts on your site, your Google profile and every directory; original
content with visible authorship; and a site that loads without heavy scripts.
We build AI agents as part of our own business, so this is not a trend we read about — it is
how the systems we work with actually choose their sources.
